DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR AUTHORIZATION TO INSTALL TEMPORARY STRUCTURES USED FOR:
• VEHICLE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
• HOSPITALITY AREAS
• MERCHANDISING
• ACCOMMODATION AND RESTAURANT FACILITIES
• STAGES AND TEMPORARY COVERINGS OF SHOWS

IN CONCOMITENCE WITH THE EVENTS HELD WITHIN THE AREAS OF THE MONZA NATIONAL CIRCUIT UNDER CONCESSION TO SIAS S.p.A COMPANY

1. The following documentation is required for the correct conduct of the event, and must be sent to the SIAS offices indicated below at least 15 days in advance of the event : Floor plan with the layout of the temporary structures and areas to be used
2. Project relating to the primary electrical energy distribution system (if present)
3. Technical report of the temporary structure
4. For each individual structure:
   a) Attachment A08a – Structure declarations – accreditation phase
   b) Static verification design and calculation;
   c) Certificate of conformity of dedicated electrical systems;
   d) Reaction to fire certificates of the covering sheets and materials used for the fittings;
   e) ONLY AFTER ASSEMBLY IS COMPLETED the Certification of correct assembly Attachment A08b.

Regarding the management of safety at work (working area), attachment A20 can be downloaded, it must be completed and countersigned and sent to the email: safety@monzanet.it. The same attachment must be completed and forwarded also by any suppliers and sub-suppliers, referring to the main agent, who must report the same assignments in the documentation itself.
